Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at martinezavinakinsey@gmail.com. Please contact us before sending any returns and we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Final sale items, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color when available. Contact us to check stock availability.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds for items under $50 We offer a full refund without requiring you to return the item. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Refunds for items $50 and over Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
